The Ministry of Digital Development of Russia and electronic document management (EDM) operators have agreed to cooperate in the use of the "Gosklyuch" mobile electronic signature.
At a meeting in the ministry, organized with the participation of the "ROSEU" Association, representatives discussed the technical development of mobile electronic signatures and the practice of using "Gosklyuch". The meeting participants signed cooperation agreements aimed at simplifying EDM processes.
Under the agreement, the Ministry of Digital Development will provide methodological and organizational-technical support to EDM operators on the integration and operation of the document signing platform. The agreement was signed by the following companies: "Kaluga Astral" JSC, "Tensor Company" LLC, "STEC Science and Technology Center" JSC, "Taxcom" LLC, "ForaProm" LLC (LERADATA), "Ediweb" LLC.
As emphasized by the Ministry of Digital Development, "Gosklyuch" has a number of advantages for EDM operators, including a high level of security when signing electronic documents, reducing the load on the infrastructure of large companies, accelerating and simplifying the signing process, and ensuring the availability of electronic document management for small and medium-sized businesses.
