The new ProGate product is a unified data migration and replication tool: high-speed initial loading, near-real-time change delivery, and data quality validation with minimal downtime.
According to Postgres Professional, the unified ProGate solution replaces a set of disparate tools, offering migration from Oracle and other DBMSs, replication for analytics, upgrades, and subsequent quality audits. The company emphasized:

All processes are managed through the ProGate graphical interface: the administrator sees migration statuses, logs, and metrics in a single window. This reduces the amount of manual labor and lowers the entry barrier for specialists. ProGate includes three key components that provide a complete transfer cycle:
- ProCopy - fast initial data loading. Supports speeds up to 41 TB per day on the Oracle => Postgres Pro route and up to 80 TB per day when migrating PostgreSQL => Postgres Pro.
- ProSync - near-real-time change replication. Minimizes downtime: the system continues to operate in Oracle, and all changes are synchronously applied in Postgres Pro.
- ProCheck - transfer quality verification. Compares data line by line and by aggregates, reducing the risk of errors before launching the target system.
