The specialized AI assistant "Yandex 360" extracts facts from heterogeneous documents: texts, tables, presentations, audio and video recordings, and more.
The beta version of the assistant works with user files and emails in "Mail". In the future, "Alice Pro" will connect to other "Yandex 360" services, including "Documents", "Calendar", "Drive" and "Wiki". The assistant is based on models from the new Alice AI family.

The AI assistant can already provide answers based on Mail data. Mailboxes store not only correspondence, but also receipts, e-tickets, bookings, and meeting notes from "Telemost". "Alice Pro" can find the necessary information in this data array in a matter of seconds and provide it to the user. For example, it can tell you how much money you spent on taxis last month, find the supplier's details, or remind you of what you agreed with colleagues at the last sync.
If the necessary documents are not in "Mail", they can be added to "Alice Pro" manually. For example, upload payment orders, extracts from the USRN, and other documents related to the apartment to alicepro.yandex.ru. Then the assistant will be able to answer questions like "What is my account number?" or "How much did I pay for the apartment in July?".
