Yandex Disk now supports playing videos from shared drives directly in the browser. Webinars, discussions, and event recordings are available without prior download.
The mobile version of Calendar, in addition to Google Play and AppStore, is now also available in RuStore. The application does not differ in functions from the web version: including it can work without the Internet. In Telemost, a search has been added to the list of attendees, making it easier to check if the right participant has joined the meeting.
A new trigger condition has been added to Tracker: "Related Task Parameters". It allows you to automatically apply a set of actions to the parent task when changes occur in subtasks. Browser notifications can now be enabled directly from the menu, and the history of changes with tips on new tools, widgets, and functions has been moved to the left panel.
In Boards, the access rights settings for user groups have been expanded: creators and moderators set who can export and duplicate boards, delete other people's objects, start a timer, call everyone to themselves, and hide the contents of frames. Parameters can be set for employees and guests via the "Share" link. File uploading to the board by dragging and dropping has appeared.
In Wiki, access scenarios have been improved when transferring pages: you can save the inheritance of rights from the parent page or interrupt it. Added viewing of the image gallery on the page (scrolling, full-screen mode, downloading, copying the link), a hotkey appeared for quick access to the editor.
In the organization management tools, the design of audit log cards has been updated and their filtering by event source and IP has been added. Administrators can now adjust contacts in the directory and use the "Only blocked employees" filter.
In Mail, notifications about external recipients have appeared for incoming letters, which the administrator can enable via the API, and in Forms, the main page has been updated: frequently used forms can be added to favorites for quick access.
