Entrepreneurs are increasingly receiving calls from fraudsters who are inventing new ways to deceive. To protect small business owners and individual entrepreneurs from fraudulent schemes, "Beeline" offers the "Virtual Assistant" service.
The "Virtual Assistant" is capable of blocking calls from fraudsters and spammers, communicating with them without user intervention, and preventing them from reaching the subscriber. If an SMS with an access code to "Gosuslugi" arrives during the conversation, the call will be interrupted.
If the user cannot answer personally, the "Virtual Assistant" will take the call, find out the purpose of the call, record the conversation, and send it to the specified contact details. In addition, the assistant will be able to make a text transcript of the call and save it in the "Beeline" mobile application.
To activate the "Virtual Assistant" on corporate numbers, you need to go to the mobile application and enable the service. The service exists in both a free basic version and a Pro version (149 rubles per month) with the use of artificial intelligence technologies and a built-in Telegram bot. Also, in the Pro version, the user has the opportunity to recover part of the lost money as a result of a fraudulent scheme through "AlfaStrakhovanie" - up to 25 thousand rubles.
