To receive a recommendation from the system, an entrepreneur needs to leave a request in the application for partners and send the candidate a link to fill out the data. Yandex said:
The anti-fraud tool will independently analyze data about the applicant and assess his reliability. This solution will facilitate the hiring process for entrepreneurs and help reduce the risk of fraud.
The check is carried out according to several criteria. Among other things, the system will check whether the candidate has previously worked with other services of the ecosystem. At the moment, the anti-fraud tool is available in test mode for some partners. It is planned to expand coverage to all partners.
