The company "Electrosolutions", a manufacturer of electrical equipment and representative of the EKF brand in Russia, has successfully completed the automation of its warehouse complexes using the updated LEAD WMS system. The project allowed to significantly increase productivity without increasing the number of employees

Over the past two years, the company has grown by almost 100%. In the face of a sharp increase in demand for domestic products and changes in the geography of supplies, a restructuring of logistics chains was required – the requirements for warehouse management increased. This became an incentive for standardizing all processes and forming unified approaches to logistics management.

To support business development, warehouses in Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg and other regions were automated. The area of the facilities is 19,350 sq. m. The new system increased the throughput of regional warehouses by 1.5 times, which had a positive impact on the speed of order processing.

"Choosing a domestic solution LEAD WMS allowed us to continue improving the company's customer service. The unified software simplified and accelerated order processing, reducing the likelihood of errors," said CEO Dmitry Kucherov.

Among the key innovations that the company has introduced are a chatbot and a voice assistant integrated with LEAD WMS. These tools provide convenient access to warehouse data and indicators in real time via mobile devices. The process of working with marketplaces was also modernized – the new development linked four systems and accelerated the order labeling process by 5 times. Thanks to data exchange with the marketplace, the required label is printed in fractions of a second. After successful testing at the main distribution center, the modification was broadcast to all warehouses.
