VTB is launching a service that allows securities holders to vote at shareholders' meetings in the broker's application. Thus, "VTB My Investments" can become a single window where an investor can perform all the necessary corporate actions. The technology ensures the security of the process, and it will be possible to vote for those companies that are registered with VTB Registrar.
The new functionality has no analogues in the market. The client will receive reliable and quick access to participation in shareholders' meetings of various companies directly in the application or web version of "VTB My Investments". It will be possible to vote on agenda items of more than 7,500 issuers whose registers are maintained by VTB Registrar. Among them are the largest companies from various sectors of the Russian economy.
