Modulbank has launched a new service for assessing the legal risk profile of a business based on the Modulyurist direction. The service is suitable for sellers on marketplaces, manufacturing companies and other types of businesses.
The service includes studying the company's needs, auditing the current state of legal documentation, preparing documents that will meet the business's objectives and protect the entrepreneur from potential risks. If necessary, Modulyurist specialists conduct training for the entrepreneur on the current state of legislation in his field and explain potential risk areas. Based on the risk profile assessment, Modulyurist builds an optimal legal service concept for the company.
«We are doing a proactive service. Usually, lawyers get involved in a situation when the client already has a problem. Modulyurist works differently, we assess the client and his potential risks and conduct a legal audit already at the onboarding stage – we create a register of contracts and delve into the client's business to minimize the risks of problems arising,» says Alexander Blinkov, head of the Modulyurist service.
Modulyurist independently monitors changes in legislation and important clauses of the contract and comes to the client himself when it is necessary to reduce risks. In a year and a half of work, Modulyurist's clients had several court cases, including court cases on government procurement and with a large marketplace – the bank's clients won all the cases.
Currently, Modulyurist is a subscription product that includes unlimited consultations, development of corporate documents, local regulations, courier service, counterparty verification and a personal manager. All situational assistance – negotiations, pre-trial settlement, defense in court and resolution of personal issues of the entrepreneur – is implemented in the form of «modules» that can be connected for a short period when circumstances require. All services within the modules are also unlimited.
