VTB has expanded the functionality of the self-employed person's personal account in the VTB Online Internet Bank and mobile application for non-residents - citizens from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (Republic of Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan). They can officially register as self-employed online and access the bank's services for this segment of clients.

Sber has become the first bank in Russia to develop a managing processing system for self-service devices. Now 100% of Sber's ATMs (including those with self-encashment function) and information and payment terminals operate on it. ATM processing allows transactions using cards, biometrics, and smartphones via QR code, SberPay and Mir Pay.
