"AGRISOVGAZ" is the largest production complex in Russia, included in the list of systemically important organizations of the Russian economy in the industrial sector. By 2023, the company had developed a number of innovative solutions that surpass foreign counterparts in most indicators and presented them in the Russian and foreign markets. On August 31, the company celebrates its 33rd anniversary and traditionally shares its successes and achievements on this day.

"AGRISOVGAZ" is the largest production complex in Russia, comprising three industrial enterprises: an aluminum structure plant, a steel structure plant, and hot-dip galvanizing plants. The 33 years of experience of a team of 1,600 people have brought the company to an annual turnover of 12 billion rubles.

At the end of 2022, "AGRISOVGAZ" was included in the list of systemically important organizations of the Russian economy in the industrial sector. The decision was made by the Government Commission to increase the stability of the Russian economy under sanctions. Today, the production capacities of the plants allow fulfilling the largest orders in a short period of time. In annual terms, this includes 200 hectares of greenhouses, 150,000 tons of barrier fencing structures, 60,000 multi-faceted lighting and OHL poles, 100,000 tubular supports and ODN, 12,000 tons of power transmission line metal structures, 60,000 square meters of translucent systems, 18,000 tons of aluminum profiles, 120,000 tons of electric-welded pipes, and anti-corrosion protection coating of 144,000 tons of metal structures by hot-dip galvanizing. As a diversified holding, the company is a supplier of products for a number of sectors of the Russian economy, such as energy, oil and gas, industrial, civil, and road construction. The company's developments in various industries have a positive impact on the country's economy and people's lives.

In 2023, the company holds leading positions in a number of areas. Successes in the production of industrial greenhouses are particularly significant. "AGRISOVGAZ" plays a leading role in the development of the greenhouse industry in the Russian Federation. Over the years, more than 30% of Russia's greenhouse complexes have been built using the company's structures. Today, "AGRISOVGAZ" is not only a manufacturer and supplier of basic technological equipment but also offers a wide range of engineering services. The main clients in recent years are the largest greenhouse holdings - GC "ROST", UK "Gorkunov", GC Dolina овощей, and others. The "Maisky" greenhouse complex, built using the company's greenhouse structures, has achieved the highest vegetable yields with crop yields of 212 kg/m2 of annual cucumber harvest and 112 kg/m2 of annual tomato harvest.

Last year, the company presented an innovative solution to the market that has no analogues in the world - a microclimate control system that allows agronomists to adjust the greenhouse microclimate in various conditions, build facilities at any latitude, including areas beyond the Arctic Circle or in hot southern regions. This development is available for use both as independent greenhouse complexes and for modernizing existing facilities. It was successfully presented not only in Russia but also in other countries around the world during leading events such as the 39th International Agricultural Exhibition "Saudi Agriculture 2022" (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), the international exhibition "AgraME 2022" (UAE), the 30th anniversary international exhibition "Iran agro 2023" (Islamic Republic of Iran), etc.

The company plans to continue strengthening its position in the foreign market. In the near future, this includes not only entering new markets but also presenting innovative developments that the company's specialists are working on today. For example, software for centralized management of the operation of a greenhouse complex, which will allow implementing projects of any complexity, regardless of size and crops grown, making them even more qualitative and economically profitable. The presentation of these new solutions will not be long in coming.

To support the pace and quality of work, "AGRISOVGAZ" is actively modernizing its enterprises today: expanding production areas, gradually updating and supplementing the equipment fleet, as well as implementing modern software and developing a "lean production" system.

Much attention is also paid to improving the skills and training of employees. For the third year, a training center has been successfully operating at the enterprise, in which more than 700 people have already received factory specialties. Training helps to solve the problem of personnel shortage and promotes the development of a mentoring system. All this together allows achieving higher production results.

The priority plans of the training center include expanding the educational program, which includes training specialists in the field of industrial safety, labor protection, civil defense and emergency situations, as well as training highly qualified personnel not only for their own needs but also for the industry as a whole.
