VTB is the first Russian bank to launch digital ruble transactions in its VTB Online mobile application as part of the pilot project for real digital money. This was announced by Vadim Kulik, Deputy President and Chairman of VTB Bank, during a press conference of the Bank of Russia dedicated to the launch of the pilot project with the digital ruble.
