The new Copilot, based on large language models (LLM), helps create blocks on demand directly in the editor

Voxys has updated ScriptBuilder, a platform for creating call handling scripts for contact centers and configuring bots. An AI assistant, Copilot, has been added to the editor, and developers have also included automatic API request retries and improved knowledge management tools for AI agents.

Copilot, based on large language models, helps generate individual script blocks based on a specialist's text query. It does not edit existing elements or change ready-made scripts. Checking the results and integrating them into the overall sequence of actions remains the responsibility of the developer.

The new Retry policy feature allows configuring automatic retries to external systems, such as CRM and accounting platforms, if they are temporarily unavailable or return an error. Previously, this required creating additional blocks with checks and repeated calls. Now, rules can be set separately, reducing the amount of auxiliary logic. However, it is necessary to consider whether repeated requests will lead to duplication of operations in external services.

In addition, Voxys has refined the management of AI agents' skills — sets of knowledge used to perform specific tasks. The update allows for more precise configuration of agents' preparation for handling inquiries.
