GigaCode Desktop will become available to existing clients after a scheduled update

Sber has launched a new tool, GigaCode Desktop, for corporate clients of SaaS versions of GigaCode. It combines several AI agents and is designed to automate daily tasks related not only to development, but also to data analysis, documents, and material preparation. The launch of the solution was announced by Andrey Belevtsev, Senior Vice President of Sberbank and Head of the Technological Development block, ahead of the GigaConf conference for businesses.

GigaCode Desktop is also aimed at analysts, product managers, and project managers. It can be used to search for information, analyze documents, and prepare reports and presentations. Thus, the tool is designed for processes beyond direct work with program code.

Before its market release, GigaCode was piloted in Sber's internal processes. According to the company, its application helped increase the productivity of teams involved in product management and back-office tasks.

According to Belevtsev, companies with a large volume of internal development, including representatives from development, engineering, and the telecom sector, are showing interest in the solution.

GigaCode Desktop will become available to existing clients after a scheduled GigaCode update. New users will be able to test the AI assistant and Desktop during a free trial period.
