The AI assistant can now distinguish between employees who have joined an online meeting from the same conference room.

The team behind the "MTS Link" platform for business communications, training, and collaboration has updated its AI assistant for online meetings. The system can now distinguish the voices of employees who connect to a meeting from the same conference room. This allows for more accurate transcription of discussions and recording of agreements with specific participants.

Previously, with a shared connection, all remarks were displayed under the name of the conference room, making it difficult to identify the author of individual statements and assignments. The new technology uses speech diarization – it analyzes the audio stream and distributes remarks among different speakers.

After processing the recording, a participant with organizer rights can assign employee names to the recognized voices. These will automatically replace designations like "Speaker 1" and "Speaker 2" throughout the entire transcript.

When connecting via "MTS Link Rooms" equipment or SIP devices, voice separation is performed automatically. For other scenarios, recognition can be manually initiated after the meeting ends.

The new feature is currently in beta testing and is available upon request. Previously, "MTS Link" added meeting summary templates and a separate section for automatically collecting tasks voiced during discussions.
