The decision to expand the platform is driven by increased demand for trusted cloud infrastructure.
RTK-TSOD will allocate an additional 250 million rubles to expand the infrastructure of "KII Cloud". By 2026, the company's total investment in platform development will exceed 1 billion rubles.
The decision was made against the backdrop of growing demand for secure cloud resources. In the first six months of 2026, the volume of computing power requested by clients exceeded the figure recorded for the entire year 2025.
Additional funding will be used to increase server capacity, expand the available volume of processor cores and RAM. The company will also purchase media servers for backup data storage and equipment with software for information security.
The infrastructure is based on domestic hardware and software solutions, including Basis products. New segments of the platform must comply with the requirements of FSTEC of Russia Order No. 117. The purchased equipment and software are planned to be put into operation by the end of Q3 2026.
"KII Cloud" is designed to host state and corporate information systems with increased data protection requirements. The platform allows working with critical information infrastructure objects up to the second category of significance, state systems up to the first class of protection, and a number of personal data systems.
