Files are automatically saved in cloud storage, and the change history is linked to the corresponding accounting objects

The IT company group Lad announced the integration of the cloud editors "R7-Office" and the file storage "R7-Disk" with 1C products. Users gained the ability to work with documents directly from the accounting system interface, without the need to download files to their computer.

Documents created in 1C, including contracts, invoices, and client cards, are automatically saved to "R7-Disk". They can be opened directly from 1C, including for collaborative editing in "R7-Office". If necessary, the document can be sent to a counterparty by creating an external link with specified access rights.

Information about working with files is saved linked to the original object – client, transaction, employee, or product. This allows tracking related documents and the history of changes made.

User authorization occurs automatically with their 1C account, and access is limited to their own folders and files. The integration is certified according to the "1C:Compatible!" standard and is available as an extension for configurations created in the "1C:Enterprise 8.3" environment.
