The Yandex 360 team has unveiled an update to its collaboration services, expanding the capabilities of Alice Pro, as well as tools for automation, communication, and administration. One of the key changes includes improvements to Yandex Tables. Now, Alice Pro more accurately selects formulas, automatically applies them to selected cells, helps create lists and tables, processes multiple rows and columns simultaneously, and recalculates results when source data changes.

New tools for bot development have been introduced in Yandex Telemost and Yandex Messenger. They support editing and pinning messages, text formatting, quick replies, working with stickers, creating public chats, and obtaining chat and participant information via API. Additionally, one file can now be sent to multiple chats simultaneously, and the maximum attachment size has been increased to 51 MB.

Updates also affected Yandex Calendar, where it is now possible to display declined meetings, as well as Wiki and Tracker services, which have simplified task creation and table management. Administration tools have also been expanded: public API and group policies allow centralized management of employee access to corporate resources.
