"NTC IT "ROSA" and "MD Information Systems" announced the availability of Granulex Recovery 2.5.0 for the corporate directory service Dynamic Directory.

Granulex Recovery is designed for backing up, comparing, and selectively restoring LDAP directory data. The solution allows detecting changes in the directory structure, comparing the current state with a backup, and restoring individual objects or attributes without a full database rollback.

Dynamic Directory is used for centralized management of users, devices, groups, and access rights in a Linux infrastructure. The correct functioning of accounts, corporate services, and applications depends on the accuracy of directory data, and errors can arise due to administrator actions, automation failures, migration, or cyber incidents.

Version 2.5.0 of Granulex Recovery introduces automatic cleanup of outdated backups, integrity checks using checksums, and support for comparing and restoring DNS records. Additionally, the tools for restoring directory objects have been improved, the interface has been enhanced, and several errors related to domain processing, attributes, and CSV report generation have been fixed.
