Previously, the platform provided models deployed in its own infrastructure

Cloud provider Cloud.ru has expanded its Foundation Models service, adding access to external large language models from foreign developers, including solutions from Alibaba, DeepSeek, and Z.ai.

The service will become a single platform for working with open and commercial AI models from various providers. Connection is made via a common API and web interface, and users can choose models depending on their tasks, compare their characteristics, and pay for actual resource consumption.

Cloud.ru notes that special attention is paid to data protection when using third-party neural networks. The Guardrails tool allows identifying and hiding confidential information in requests, as well as recording such cases in the monitoring system.

According to CEO Mikhail Lobotsky, the company intends to expand its model catalog and provide access to new solutions soon after their appearance on the global market.

Currently, Foundation Models offers more than 20 models from the GLM, Qwen, DeepSeek, MiniMax, and GigaChat families. Since the service's commercial launch in November 2025, approximately 450 billion tokens have been processed through the platform.
