Yandex opened access to "Tracker", "Wiki" and "Forms" under the on-premises model

The format is intended for organizations with increased security requirements, including banks, medical and insurance companies, as well as fintech organizations.

The Yandex B2B Tech team announced the expansion of its on-premises product line. Now companies can deploy "Tracker", "Wiki" and "Forms" services from the "Yandex 360" ecosystem on their own infrastructure.

This offer is aimed at organizations with strict data security requirements, including the financial sector, medicine, and insurance. Storing information within the corporate perimeter provides an increased level of control.

The new services will be included in the "Projects and Knowledge" package. "Tracker" is designed for task and project management, "Wiki" for creating knowledge bases and collaborative document work, and "Forms" for data collection through surveys and questionnaires.

Previously, "Boards", "Browser for Organizations", "Disk" and "Documents" were offered in on-premises format. Yandex notes that the development of local versions is synchronized with cloud (SaaS) versions. Companies receive not only a similar interface, but also a full set of features available in the cloud, thanks to a unified update cycle.

By the end of 2026, "Yandex 360" plans to add "Mail", "Calendar", "Messenger" and "Telebridge" to the on-premises line.
