Aktiv company has introduced a new version of the Rutoken Baza 1.2.6 software suite, designed for accounting and control of the lifecycle of cryptographic information protection tools (CIPF).

The key change is an enhanced security model for large structures. The system implements an organizational context mechanism that provides strict access control. Now administrators can only manage objects within their company and its subordinate divisions, without access to data from other organizations.

The update also expands infrastructure diagnostic capabilities. VipNet products have been added to the list of detectable software CIPF, and a mechanism for working with DST files has been implemented. For certain types of CIPF, such as "Signatura" and "Yantar", specialized reports have appeared, and tags have been introduced for accounting for modifications.

To optimize workflows, the new version includes tools for performing bulk operations. Users can simultaneously issue permits, put into or take out of operation, and also mass transfer objects between departments.

Finally, to enhance security, all Rutoken Baza traffic is now transmitted exclusively over the secure HTTPS protocol. The new version is already available to users.
