ProIntegration Tech and Hi-Tech Building Exhibitions Held in Moscow: Technologies for Business, Museums, and Housing

On April 21 and 22, the annual industry exhibitions ProIntegration Tech and Hi-Tech Building took place in Moscow's Loft Hall 2, 3. The venue was visited by 6,372 specialists, and 84 speakers participated in the business program.

At the "Digital Museum" conference, discussions revolved around how museums are evolving in the era of artificial intelligence. Ilya Tambovtsev, moderator and chairman of the Council for Digital Development of Museums at ICOM Russia, emphasized: technologies expand access to knowledge for visitors, but the expertise of curators and researchers remains key.

Representatives of major museums, including the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, the State Tretyakov Gallery, and the State L.N. Tolstoy Museum-Estate, as well as integrators and technology developers (OKAS, VIZHU, Ascreen, Polymedia, OKNO-AUDIO), participated in the discussion. Speakers talked about the capabilities of AI – including the creation of audio guides for attractions and digital avatars of famous historical figures, as well as working with large volumes of data.

The "Digital Residential Complex" forum brought together developers, real estate market experts, and integrators. Nikita Utkin, CEO of ANO "Umny MKD", outlined the key guidelines:

  • by 2030, all new homes in Russia must be equipped with a basic set of "smart" devices;
  • in 2025–2026, a regulatory framework, roadmap, and standardization program for smart MKD will appear.

Participants, including representatives from CleverHome, iRidi, Yandex, MTS, and other companies, discussed the transition from disparate engineering systems to unified dispatching and comprehensive data.

At the panel discussion "From Digital Model to Digital Building: Challenges, Solutions, Prospects", experts (ANO "Agency for Strategic Transformations", GK EKS, TEHKON, etc.) discussed BIM technologies and the application of AI in construction control. The participants' conclusion: digital building models are an important tool for project implementation, but for industry progress, a unified common data environment and transparent AI-based control are necessary.

A new dynamic format was held within the exhibition – "Technology Battle: Wired Solutions vs. Wireless". Two teams, using the example of a 200 sq.m. house project, analyzed what an installer company could earn from:

  • representatives of SberDevices and KNX24 spoke for wired systems;
  • representatives of Yandex, Arlight Rus, SoftMaster argued for wireless systems.

The outcome of the discussion: wireless technologies will occupy the mass segment, wired will remain in the elite and critically important classes; the priority is client life scenarios, not technology for technology's sake.

Other business program conferences:

  • "Digital Signage 2026" – on the application of digital solutions and media in retail and advertising.
  • "System Integration of AV Solutions. Trends and Practical Cases 2026" – successful examples of audio-video equipment implementation in various facilities.
  • "Smart Home" – smart home automation trends in 2026. According to VCIOM, 85% of respondents would like to have a smart home, but 60% do not see value in the functions due to low digital literacy of the population. Representatives of Gosuslugi Dom, Skolkovo Foundation, Unicorn, Anna Khomitskaya's design bureau, Yandex, PIK-Comfort, and others shared their opinions.

ProIntegration Tech 2026 showcased multimedia solutions for conference rooms, museums, cultural spaces, shopping centers, sports, medical, and educational institutions.

Hi-Tech Building presented smart switches, sockets, locks, CCTV cameras with AI, sensors, software, and mobile applications for comfortable and safe living.

Among the exhibition participants were manufacturers, equipment distributors, and integrators: Aurora, VIZHU, GK DIGIS, Evrokompozit, Yenisei, InTeR, Sonoruss, Absen, Ascreen, Auvix, CTC CAPITAL, CVGaudio, DealerCenter, HDLT, Hi-Tech Media, IPVS, LEDSI SMART INNOVATIONS, Polymedia, ProTone, Scena, SNK-S, TTT Group, 3R, Akubela, Arlight, CleverHome, Estedo, GVS, HDL Automation, iRidi, INTERRA, KNX24, TouchOn, Wiren Board, ProfKarniz, Umny dom s Alisoy (Yandex) and others.
