The developer STC IT ROSA has released a stable release of the ROSA "Fresh" 13.2 operating system. The update is built on the Linux 6.12 kernel, glibc 2.40 system libraries, GCC 14.3 and Clang 19.1 compilers. The platform supports the modern Wayland graphics subsystem and classic X11, 3D graphics via Mesa 25.3, and NVIDIA drivers. The composition includes KDE Plasma 6.5, KDE Plasma 5.27, GNOME 49, and LXQt 2.3 graphical environments.

Other key innovations: a proprietary application showcase for simplified program installation, graphical configuration of GDM parameters, a regular firewall, support for installation via VNC, and the rpmgrab utility for installing RPM packages. Improved stability on RAID arrays, navigation in the Dolphin file manager, fixed operation of SYNA3602 touchpads, and eliminated duplication of printer settings.

In addition to desktop solutions, specialized images are available: a server version without a graphical interface, as well as a minimal service image without firmware, intended for use in virtual environments.
