Russian computer equipment manufacturer iRU has introduced two new series of entry-level devices. The iRU Planio 325 nettop and the iRU Planio 235 monoblock are equipped with AMD Ryzen 5 3500U processors with integrated Radeon Vega 8 graphics, NVMe SSDs with a capacity of up to 512 GB, and DDR4 RAM up to 16 GB. The design allows for expansion: storage up to 2 TB and RAM up to 32 GB.
The Planio 325 nettop comes in a compact case measuring 130 x 127 x 47 mm and weighs less than 500 g. The device can be mounted on a wall or behind a monitor using a VESA mount. Interfaces include 3×USB 3.2, USB Type-C (with data transfer support), USB 2.0, DisplayPort, HDMI, two RJ-45 ports, and DC IN.
The Planio 235 monoblock is equipped with a 23.8-inch screen, 3 W stereo speakers, and a 3 MP webcam with a mechanical shutter. The case is silver. Connectors include 6 USB Type-A (3.2 and 2.0), HDMI-out, DisplayPort, RJ-45, as well as audio connectors for headphones and a microphone.
The user or corporate customer can choose a model either without an operating system or with pre-installed Windows 11 Pro. Component upgrades are possible without voiding the warranty.
