In an era of high interest rates and active import substitution, the digital transformation of business is coming to the fore. A free online conference, "Enterprise Digitalization '26," will be held on November 25–27, targeting managers responsible for IT and operational efficiency: CIOs, CDTOs, production and logistics directors, CEOs, and company owners.
The event is designed to provide participants with practical tools to solve pressing business problems. The focus is on real-world case studies of IT solutions implementation in industry and retail, which improve process manageability and operational resilience with limited resources.
The conference program covers key aspects of digital transformation with reference to the current economic reality:
- choosing a digitalization path, taking into account business strategy and external constraints (including the key rate of 17% and import substitution requirements);
- IT solutions for increasing operational efficiency in production and logistics;
- ways to reduce the need for line personnel through digitalization of operational processes;
