The new release 6.5.3 updates the authorization system, improves the visualization of calendars, refines printed forms, and introduces a number of other interface and functional improvements aimed at enhancing security, stability, and ease of collaboration on the platform.
SBK Company, the developer of the unified communication platform CommuniGate Pro, has introduced a fresh update. The main innovation is the updated authorization system for web clients. It now ensures the continuity of the user session for the time specified by the administrator. In addition, the corporate communication system can now be opened in several browser tabs at once to simultaneously work with both mail and calendar.
Changes have been made to the cg-web 1.3.0 web interface. The new notification system no longer interferes with the user's work and disappears automatically. The developers also fixed a bug with double opening of attachments and optimized navigation when working with mail invitations.
Updates have been implemented in the "Calendars" and "Collaboration" blocks. Now the "Planning Assistant" correctly handles events crossing the date boundary, and users can add groups of participants to meetings. In addition, printing in the "day" and "week" views has been improved, and work with attachments in recurring events has been optimized.
A "Templates" section has appeared in the mail block, which allows you to create standard replies to letters. Also, the platform now has the ability to select group contacts from the address search when writing a letter and manage access rights through the new "Access and Subscriptions" section. Users received a tool to export only the necessary contacts and stable work with folders whose names coincide with system ones.
In addition to functional updates, special attention is paid to information security and stability. The CommuniGate Pro team has optimized the code, eliminated potential memory leaks, and improved system performance for high-load corporate installations.
