According to the company, the smart technology will free clerks, secretaries, and executive assistants from laborious and routine work. Upon request, artificial intelligence will generate an outgoing letter, a memo, an order, prepare a meeting agenda and an annotation to the document in seconds.
The technology is "trained" to check documents according to specified criteria. For example, upon request, artificial intelligence can monitor the compliance of the contract text with Russian legislation. AI will not only "highlight" the points requiring revision, but also recommend the correct wording. The criteria for verification can be customized independently.
Generative artificial intelligence does not require additional implementation: it is built into the system, available in its basic functionality and will work immediately after installing the software.
