MTS AI has introduced seven innovative artificial intelligence (AI)-based services for the banking sector. The new solutions are developed using the company's own technologies, including the large language model (LLM) Cotype, the WordPulse speech analytics service, and the Audiogram speech synthesis and recognition platform. These developments will enable banks to increase automation, personalize customer interactions, and optimize business processes.
