IT Distributors Expected to Provide Non-Standard Services — OCS Research
Two-thirds of dealers and integrators are interested in changing and expanding the role of distributors, according to an OCS study. The IT market is experiencing a growing need for services that significantly exceed the standard distributor offering, such as innovative financial instruments and extended service support. The survey was conducted in the summer of 2024 and involved 144 companies specializing in the supply and integration of IT solutions in the commercial segment.
