One of the largest Russian manufacturers of electrical equipment, Electrosolutions LLC, a representative of the EKF brand in Russia, is implementing a personnel electronic document management system from VK Tech. The solution is already working for office and warehouse specialists: in three weeks, 40% of employees were connected to the e-document management platform. In October 2024, it is planned to introduce an electronic document management system at two of the company's production facilities. In the future, the solution will cover 100% of employees.
The main goal is to reduce costs for paper document management and logistics. Many of the company's employees work remotely, so the organization is forced to use the services of courier services. The implementation of e-document management will reduce additional financial burden. First of all, Electrosolutions LLC, a representative of the EKF brand in Russia, automated hiring, business trips, the conclusion of additional agreements to the employment contract and dismissals. A module for 1C accounting is currently being tested, which allows you to sign waybills and expense reports.
