On May 17, the annual general meeting of shareholders of PJSC "RosDorBank" was held. By the decision of this meeting, the dividend payment recommended by the Bank's Board of Directors based on the results of 2023 was approved for ordinary shares in the amount of 15.85 rubles per 1 share, for preferred shares with a fixed dividend amount of 0.10 rubles per 1 share. The date on which the persons entitled to receive dividends for 2023 are determined is set as May 28, 2024.
