The Board of Directors of RosDorBank has decided to increase the authorized capital by 300 million rubles by placing additional ordinary shares in the amount of 2,420,000 (Two million four hundred and twenty thousand) pieces with a nominal value of 124 rubles each.

From May 1st, all individuals can transfer up to 30 million rubles per month between their accounts for free via the FPS. Modulbank's increased transfer limit for sellers is already available now with the Market Card.
