«Систэм Электрик» разработала решения по модернизации оборудования среднего, низкого напряжения и релейной защиты

The Russian manufacturing company Systeme Electric, a manufacturer of integrated solutions in the field of power distribution and automation, has developed a set of standard solutions for retrofitting medium and low voltage equipment and relay protection.

Retrofit solutions provide an opportunity to replace key components that have reached the end of their service life. This modernization takes less time and can be carried out in several stages. This significantly reduces equipment downtime and allows modernization within operating expenses.

Retrofit solutions are especially relevant at substations of enterprises where a fleet of switchgear and switchboard cubicles (KSO and KRU), as well as low-voltage cabinets of previous generations, are installed. The service life of circuit breakers in such cases is at its limit, and it is not always possible to carry out scheduled repairs due to the lack of spare parts. In addition, such circuit breakers do not meet modern ideas about the safety of operation and maintenance. Replacing worn key components allows you to quickly modernize equipment, which is especially important in a continuous production cycle.

For medium-voltage switchgear, Systeme Electric has developed a replacement for the old oil or air circuit breaker with a modern SystemePact VCB vacuum circuit breaker. For switchgear cells, it is possible to replace not only the circuit breaker, but also the withdrawable element as a whole, which significantly reduces installation time. With this approach, the entire existing structure of the original cell is preserved.

To replace low-voltage circuit breakers, Systeme Electric supplies adaptation kits in the form of ready-made assembled modules containing a SystemePact ACB or CCB circuit breaker with a SystemeLogic X control unit, a frame structure, transition bars and supporting insulators.

In addition, Systeme Electric offers solutions for modernizing the relay protection control cabinet by replacing it with modern microprocessor-based RPT devices manufactured by STC Mechanotronica.

For the modernization of Schneider Electric relay protection devices, quick replacement modules are offered, which allow replacing the outdated device without altering the relay compartment door and rewiring the secondary circuits.
