The audience of the web version of VTB Online is constantly increasing: since the beginning of 2023, it has grown by 32%. The service is available for both iOS and Android smartphone owners, with the former accounting for 60%. Interestingly, 9 out of 10 users work with it from a smartphone and only 1 from laptops or computers.

In 2022, VTB announced significant improvements and the introduction of new convenient options in VTB Online on the website: payment for services using QR codes, management of online subscriptions via the FPS, connection of additional security settings. In addition, it became possible to set limits on transfers, hide sections with products on the main page, change the login and password, and report a fraudster's phone number via chat.
