At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2026), Beeline and CDNvideo presented a development – an interactive terminal with an AI assistant named "Elena".
The device is designed to help event participants by providing information about the business program, activities at the Beeline stand, and the capabilities of business assistants. One of the unusual functions was the "personal neuro-horoscope".
The artificial intelligence was trained on current forum data, allowing it to conduct natural dialogue and answer questions in real time. The appearance and communication style of the virtual assistant were modeled based on video recordings of a real person, processing their intonations, facial expressions, and gestures.
According to company representatives, the technology is already being used in various fields. In retail and the telecommunications sector, terminals in Beeline stores advise customers on products and tariffs. In tourism, they help select tours and hotels, and in HR, they conduct initial candidate screening and onboarding for new employees.
According to Olga Ivanova, Commercial Director of CDNvideo, this is not just an information kiosk, but a "full-fledged digital employee" capable of taking on a significant part of communication and even replacing a separate offline office.
