"IKS Holding" has completed the acquisition of Crosstech Solutions Group, a Russian developer of information security solutions. The deal aims to strengthen the product portfolio and accelerate the launch of new solutions to the market by combining development teams.
Crosstech Solutions Group will become part of "IKS Bezopasnost", a holding division that unites the solution developer "Garda" and the service company "Bastion". Together, they provide a full cycle of tasks in the field of information security: protection of corporate data and network infrastructure, audit and monitoring, implementation of solutions, protection of digital services and critical information infrastructure facilities.
At the first stage, it is planned to create protection systems for the banking sector, then the model will be scaled to the public sector, critical information infrastructure facilities, and transport and logistics organizations.
Rifkat Zagitov, who has more than 15 years of experience in IT companies, has been appointed CEO of Crosstech Solutions Group. Prior to his appointment, he worked as Deputy CEO at "Bastion" company.
