The joint work of the parties involves the development of infrastructure in the Nizhny Novgorod Region for training and using artificial intelligence, attracting IT specialists from other regions to work in the Nizhny Novgorod ICT sector, as well as organizing the training of such specialists at the "NEYMARK" IT campus and other educational institutions in the region.
In addition, within the framework of the signed agreement, "RTK-TsOD" will open a support office for its specialists who will provide technological support for government services in the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
"The "RTK-TsOD" data center in Nizhny Novgorod already serves the regional infrastructure, and the second phase of construction confirms the growing demand for computing power in the region. However, cooperation with "RTK-TsOD" is even more important for strengthening the human capital of the Nizhny Novgorod Region by attracting new ICT specialists. The agreement will allow us to expand dialogue with the company on this issue, as well as on the creation of a support office," emphasized Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Gleb Nikitin.
Among other things, the partnership involves expanding the data processing center using a combined power supply scheme.
"The region is implementing large-scale IT projects, and we are already running out of computing power. Together with "RTK-TsOD", we plan to develop a new mechanism to encourage investment in the construction of data centers in our region," noted Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Egor Polyakov.
"In Nizhny Novgorod, we are not only building data centers, but also already providing a full range of IT services, including cloud services, based on them. Thus, the company is actively involved in creating not only the physical, but also the digital ICT infrastructure of the region, which helps government and commercial organizations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region in their daily activities. We are also implementing a joint technological office with the region, which will provide jobs for specialists in the region and attract IT personnel from other subjects," said CEO of "RTK-TsOD" David Martirosov.
