Bank "Tochka" has acquired 100% of MPStats, a popular analytics and automation service for marketplaces. The bank assured that MPStats will continue to be available to all entrepreneurs, regardless of where they have an account.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, Tochka Bank and MPStats conducted a series of successful pilots, testing hypotheses for joint work. The bank emphasized that MPStats is a leader in the segment of services for sellers and occupies more than a third of this market.
As a result of the transaction, MPStats is included in the perimeter of JSC "Tochka", but remains an independent brand, retaining its infrastructure and team. By joining forces, the companies plan to develop new services for sellers, including those based on artificial intelligence.
