To place an order, you need to switch the profile to "As business" mode on the Wildberries website or in the application, select the product and place an order on behalf of a legal entity. The goods are located in a special section "Cargo delivery" and on the new B2B showcase, launched in the fall of 2025. Delivery is free of charge to the buyer's door and includes lifting the goods to the required floor.
To service such orders, the sales model "WB Courier" (DBW) became available on the marketplace for the first time, in which the goods are stored by the seller, and delivery is carried out by the Wildberries courier. The delivery price is fixed per 1 order and does not depend on the volume. The schemes "WB Warehouse" ((delivery from the marketplace warehouse, FBW)) and "Marketplace" (FBS, or delivery from the seller's warehouse) are also available.
Oversized goods include goods whose weight exceeds 25 kg, the length of one side of the package is more than 120 cm, and the sum of the three sides of the package exceeds 200 cm.
