Key topics include the development of northern territories, the integration of high-tech off-road vehicles into state plans, and the integrated development of hard-to-reach regions of Russia.
All-terrain vehicles play a critical role in the development of the national transport system. They ensure year-round transport accessibility, logistical predictability, and social stability in the Arctic, Siberia, and the Far East. Their reliability affects:
- the success of the northern supply;
- the safety of the population;
- the development of mineral extraction;
- the prospects for Arctic and international tourism;
- ensuring national security.
The discussion will involve: representatives of federal ministries, heads of Arctic regions, heads of major industrial companies (Gazprom, Nornickel, Novatek, etc.), industry experts, representatives of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, REC, Skolkovo, ATOR, FASD, MADI, and other organizations.
The business program is divided into two blocks:
- Plenary session. Discussion of the development strategy for northern territories and the development of solutions with the participation of all-terrain vehicles. Representatives of key federal ministries and regional governments will take part in the meeting.
