OCS's product portfolio will include the brand's IT solutions for organizing voice communication — from software for outbound interaction with customers via remote channels to IT systems for monitoring and planning the work of contact center operators. A number of systems are integrated with artificial intelligence technology. Itroo solutions are also included in the register of the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia.
