According to the developers, it allows Sber's corporate clients to publish ads for the sale or lease of properties not only on "Domclick", "Yandex Real Estate" and Bestplace, but also on Cian, free of charge and "in one click".
Another improvement is related to analytics. Sber, together with Bestplace, has introduced the "Profitable premises for sale nearby" block. It helps clients see offers for the sale of commercial premises at below market prices. A free analytical report is available for the properties, which indicates competition, population density, rental rates and current rental offers.
Alexey Shashkin, Director of the "Small and Micro Business" division of Sberbank, said:
We have included placement on Cian in our industry solution for landlords to expand their capabilities and help them attract tenants. Free analytics from Bestplace gives businesses information that was previously unavailable without payment. Now the owner can scale their rental business, assess the location, understand the prospects and make a choice immediately. This saves time and reduces risks.
