The net profit of the combined company at the end of 2024 increased to 104 billion rubles, which is more than 3.5 times higher than the same indicator in 2023.
In 2024, the income of Wildberries platform sellers increased by 44% to 2.9 trillion rubles. This amount includes payments to sellers for goods sold on the marketplace.
Total investments amounted to more than 150 billion rubles at the end of 2024 and include investments in logistics and IT infrastructure, as well as in the development of the group's advertising inventory. The company plans to double this figure in 2025.

The Wildberries platform has maintained double-digit business growth rates for many years, which is associated with both the growth of the e-commerce market and the increasing popularity of online purchases, as well as the constant development of the platform itself: entering new segments, developing fintech services, and expanding physical and IT infrastructure.
In 2024, the combined company RVB developed and implemented financial solutions both independently and jointly with partner banks, and laid the foundation for further development. Among the fintech services that appeared on the platform last year: online lending for sellers and buyers, consumer insurance, "WB Wallet", "WB Club" subscription and BNPL service (purchase in interest-free installments).
