The "Cybersus" fund concluded a deal with F.A.C.C.T.'s shareholders at the end of 2024, which allowed F6 to acquire engineering technologies, expertise, intellectual property, and current contracts. The deal was completed on January 31, 2025, after which F6 became an independent business with 47% participation from the "Cybersus" fund and 53% from private investors. F6's management team includes CEO Valery Baulin, CTO Nikita Kislitsin, Service Block Director Alexander Sokolov, Commercial Director Egor Khalilov, and Marketing Director Anastasia Merkulova.
The company has already begun updating its product line, adapting key solutions to current cyber threats. In 2025, F6 plans to release an updated Malware Detonation Platform (sandbox) module for the flagship Managed XDR solution with support for Russian Linux-based operating systems. Plans also include the launch of a commercial SOC, a national anti-fraud platform, and the expansion of services for cyberattack modeling (Purple Teaming) and comprehensive anti-fraud audits of financial organizations.
The name reflects the six key areas of the company's work and a reference to the legendary "sixth department" that fought organized crime.
F6 will become part of the "Cybersus" fund's international export offering and will also cooperate with other fund projects to create a new cybersecurity architecture and increase the country's level of protection. At the same time, the fund will not participate in the operational management of F6.
