ВТБ переходит на отечественные принтеры

"The issue of switching to Russian solutions — whether it be office equipment, software or server hardware — is now one of the key ones: both for VTB and for any domestic corporation of the scale of one of the largest banks in the country. We plan to gradually replace the foreign devices currently used throughout the network of VTB branches and offices with domestic printers. In addition, the bank's use of products from Russian manufacturers contributes to the development of domestic industry as a whole. Solutions are constantly being improved based on the needs of key customers," said Sergey Bezbogov, Deputy Head of the Technology Block — Senior Vice President of VTB.

Katyusha Group is a Russian developer and manufacturer of office equipment and components, as well as software solutions for managing an organization's printing infrastructure. In 2023–2024, Katyusha printing devices were used to provide technical support for the unified voting day and the presidential elections in Russia.

"Cooperation with such a large-scale structure in the country as VTB is strategically important for us. We are pleased that large Russian customers are increasingly choosing domestic IT solutions. This allows us, as a manufacturer, to confidently increase volumes and, in the future, accelerate the transition from import substitution to technological leadership. I note that the use of our integrated IT solutions based on Russian registered electronics and software ensures that customers comply with Presidential Decree No. 166 on the prohibition of the use of foreign software on critical information infrastructure," commented Maxim Vinogradov, Managing Partner of Katyusha Group.

T1 Servionika (part of Holding T1), a leading company in the Russian IT outsourcing market, is responsible for the purchase, installation and maintenance of printers for the bank.

"Servionika has significantly increased its client portfolio, team and competencies in the last two years. One of our priorities is to help businesses with a large branch network transition to using Russian printing equipment, with the offer of services at the level of world leaders. In a large-scale project with VTB, which was implemented "turnkey", we took over the testing of equipment, the refinement of a comprehensive solution to meet the customer's strict requirements for functionality and cybersecurity. To this end, the company's engineering staff throughout the country underwent training in working with new systems and is ready to provide high-quality and fast service," said Alexander Yeltsov, General Director of T1 Servionika.
