The Hrobot candidate resume evaluation service from the Russian developer Proscom was used in Sitronics Group in pilot mode in 2023. The system, based on a trainable mathematical model, is able to improve the technology for finding the most suitable candidates for the positions specified by the customer.
Sitronics Group develops innovative technologies, develops and implements them for customers, and also uses digital solutions to optimize its own business processes. For example, neural networks and artificial intelligence-based solutions are used in the work of legal and HR departments.
Thus, to find the right specialist for a specific vacancy, the company's specialists jointly trained a separate model based on reference resumes that meet the employer's request for key skills. The system was trained on two arrays of resumes - suitable and unsuitable candidates earlier, and after analyzing the newly uploaded resumes, candidate ratings were compiled for each vacancy.
As a result of successful testing of the Hrobot system, ideal candidates were found for the positions of front-end developer, test engineer (QA) and accountant. At the same time, as a result of testing, the time for screening and initial scoring of resumes decreased from five hours per 100 resumes to 10 minutes.
The developer company notes that the solution increases the accuracy of the assessment due to the size of the dataset and BigData principles, and is also able to highlight implicit patterns that are important for each specific vacancy.
The pilot project was shortlisted for the RB Digital Awards 2024 in the "Corporate Pilot" nomination.
