As a result of the implementation of the import-substituted solution, the bank's business units received all the necessary tools and data for generating reports and conducting analysis on the "Acquiring" product, as well as the ability to control key indicators for the product — from the number of transactions in various devices to the cost of servicing a client. The use of the domestic Arenadata DB platform ensured performance at the level of global solutions.
"The value of data needed for analysis and reporting lies primarily in its timeliness and accuracy. The new solution has improved precisely these characteristics. In addition, we are able to analyze data much faster, verify it, and provide it for business decision-making," emphasized Natalya Surova, Head of the Financial Department – Vice President of VTB.

Thanks to the implemented solution, the bank managed to accelerate the readiness of data for generating reports on the "Acquiring" product — the procedures for preparing, verifying, and loading data were accelerated fourfold. In addition, we were able to implement another key task in ensuring technological sovereignty," noted Nikita Rybchenko, Head of the Technological Development Department – Senior Vice President of VTB.
