At the same time, more than a third of respondents report that this year's budget will remain at the level of the 2022 budget.

The largest increase in budget expenditures was reported by companies in the construction and housing and communal services sector, as well as the financial sector and industry - most of them are ready for an increase in the amount of expenses by 20% by the end of the year. Most respondents from other industries expect the budget to remain at the level of 2022. Budget cuts will affect a number of state-owned enterprises, as well as companies from the trade sector.
