Clients can switch between the online bank and the mobile application without re-authorization, customize menus and interfaces to suit their needs and habits, receive detailed reports and analytics on transactions, and use calculators and tips to select the most suitable and profitable products.
A completely digital path has been implemented for VTB and Otkritie clients to switch to the new platform. Otkritie clients will receive invitations to switch in their online bank. After accepting the terms of service on the new Business Platform online without visiting a branch, they will be opened new accounts with VTB, while templates, settings and products will be transferred to the new VTB Business Platform. Access to the transaction history in the Otkritie online bank and mobile application will be retained in viewing mode for 180 days from the date of opening an account with VTB.
